My clothes are shrinking.

  I don't know why my clothes are shrinking. I can't imagine why my body is getting larger.

  I went out to jog today, and I could feel this extra ten pounds of fat weighing me down. The weather was hot and humid, but Northern Californians can't complain, we've had two weeks of great weather.  Here is a photo of one of my favorite places, Capitola, California.
